These people are scammer

These people are scammer. Be aware of them. I initially ordered a combo (salt and balm) with great hope. When I received the packet I found that they only sent the salt, the balm was missing. When I called the customer care a lady told very sweetly denied first saying you don't have the proper video when I convinced her that I recorded the video but the recording was not proper she said okay sir we will arrange the replacement. Again they sent the replacement balm and to my surprise it was a COD order and I paid the delivery guy thinking they may refund me. But now when I contacted they are saying to buy more balm and they will give extra balm. Such scammer may be taught a lesson . Again coming to the product, I don't think these scammer ever tested this product on anyone there is a very high chance they are fooling the people. I know my comment will be deleted.

Any Questions?

What exactly is included in the combo?
One 400 g Spoil Yourself Magnesium Bath Salt pouch and one 10 g Minute Mend Magnesium Balm tin—one for warm foot or body soaks, one for targeted head and neck comfort.
How do I use both products as one ritual?
Add 3–4 spoons of Spoil Yourself to warm water and soak your feet or legs for 15–20 minutes. Pat dry, then apply a pea-sized amount of Minute Mend to the temples, forehead and neck. Massage gently for 20–30 seconds and take 2–3 slow breaths.
Do I need a bathtub for the bath salt?
No. A bucket or foot tub is enough. Use comfortably warm—not very hot—water, dissolve the salt and follow the pack directions.
Can I use Minute Mend without doing the soak?
Yes. They also work as separate rituals. Use Minute Mend for quick, head-heavy screen or travel moments, and Spoil Yourself for a slower evening reset.
Where should I apply it?
Apply a thin layer to the outer temples, forehead or back of the neck. Keep it away from the eyes, eyelids, lips, nostrils, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin.
Where should I apply Minute Mend?
Apply a pea-sized amount to the temples, forehead and neck. Avoid the eyes, lips, nostrils and broken, irritated or freshly shaved skin.
What should the combo feel like?
Minute Mend feels fresh, cooling and mint-led; mild temporary tingling can vary. Spoil Yourself creates a warm, aromatic soak. Neither guarantees relief or sleep results.
How often can I use the products?
Use Spoil Yourself 2–4 times weekly or as directed. Reapply Minute Mend only as needed and according to its pack. Stop if irritation develops.
Is this combo a medicine for pain, headache or migraine?
No. It is a magnesium-led ritual for everyday head and body comfort, not a treatment or cure. Seek medical advice for persistent, severe or unexplained discomfort.
What safety precautions should I follow?
External use only. Do not ingest. Patch test first and keep away from children. If pregnant, breastfeeding, highly sensitive or considering use for a child, ask a qualified healthcare professional first.
