What measures do you take to ensure the quality of products?

Bubble Me is dedicated to customer satisfaction. All the fragrances used in our products are IFFRA-certified and all our products are FDA approved.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We offer replacements for items damaged during shipping. Returns other than for damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

Can I upgrade my delivery service once the order has been dispatched?

Sorry, once an order has been dispatched, you can't change the delivery service.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We package our products securely with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to prevent damage. If your order is damaged during shipping, contact our customer care service

Do you ship your products internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India, but we’re working on expanding internationally as soon as possible

What happens if my goods arrive late?

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you are a guest user, you can track through the link shared via email/SMS.

How will I know my goods have been dispatched?

As soon as the products have been dispatched, we will send you an email and text notification confirming the details of your purchase.

What payment methods can I use to purchase Bubble Me products?

We accept every major Credit Card, Debit Card, Visa, Master Card, and COD.

Do I need an account with Bubble Me to place an order?

No, you can make your purchase as a guest.

I've forgotten my username/password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link, enter your email address, and click 'Submit.' A new password will be emailed to the address that matches your account username.

How do I register for an online account?

You can register for an online account in two ways:
1. Choose the products you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. Fill in the user section and complete the checkout process. We'll send you an email to confirm your online account and order confirmation.
2. If you don't want to place an order right now, select the ‘Login’' link at the top of the website and sign up to join the Bubble Me community.

The product I want to purchase is out of stock. What should I do?

Contact our customer care team to see when the product will be back in stock. They can also suggest another product in the meantime

What if I receive an incomplete or damaged order?

If your order is damaged in transit, call our Customer Care executive at +91- 8288807455 or email info@bubbleme.in. We will replace it as soon as possible

Can I cancel my order once I have received confirmation?

If your product hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse, you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Helpline team at +91- 8288807455. If your goods have already been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery, and once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund excluding the original postage and packaging cost.

What happens if my payment is declined?

Can I layer different Bubble Me products to enhance the fragrance?

Absolutely! Layering our products is a great way to amplify the fragrance experience. Start with our shower gel to cleanse, then apply the body lotion to moisturize, and finish with the body mist for an intensified and long-lasting scent. Mixing and matching different scents can create a personalized fragrance that’s uniquely yours

Can the lotions be used for application on the face?

Our products can be used on the face as they are developed with balanced formulations and natural ingredients without Parabens and harmful components unless you have specific face needs

How often should lotion be applied?

It depends on how often your skin needs to be moisturized. You can use it 3-4 times a day.

Are there Phthalates or Formaldehyde in any of your products?

No, no Phthalates or Formaldehyde is used in any of our products.

Do Bubble Me products have preservatives?

No, all our products are 100% Paraben, sulfate-free. They are made with ingredients using natural actives and extracts.

Are the products good for sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types. We develop our finest quality products with balanced formulations and skin-loving ingredients that suit all skin types.

Are the products tested on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals. We are certified 100% Cruelty-Free
