Is Epsom salt the same as regular salt?
No. Epsom salt is magnesium sulphate, while everyday table salt is mainly sodium chloride. This product is intended as a warm-water soak for external use only and must not be ingested.
How much Epsom Salt should I use per bucket?
Add approximately 40g to one bucket of comfortably warm water. Stir until the visible crystals have dissolved before beginning the soak.
Do I need a bathtub to use it?
No. It can be used in a regular bucket for a body-soak ritual or in a clean foot basin for tired feet. For a full bathtub, follow the quantity stated on the latest physical pack.
How long should I soak?
Soak for approximately 15–20 minutes after the salt has dissolved. Extending the ritual does not automatically create a stronger result.
How often can I use the Epsom Salt?
For a regular routine, use it approximately 2–3 times a week unless the latest physical pack advises otherwise. Reduce the frequency or stop using it if irritation develops.
Can I use it after a workout or before bed?
