Where can I apply the magnesium roll-on?
Apply it to clean, dry, intact skin on the neck, shoulders, back, arms, forearms, calves, legs or feet. Keep it away from the face, temples, scalp, eyes and other sensitive areas.
How many swipes should I use per area?
Use approximately 3–5 short swipes per target area, unless the final pack says otherwise. Avoid over-applying, allow the product to absorb and close the cap fully when finished.
Do I need to massage it into my skin?
No. Massage is optional. Roll it directly onto the chosen area, leave the product on the skin and allow it to absorb before dressing or continuing your day.
What should the roll-on feel like?
Expect a fresh cooling sensation; some people may also notice mild temporary tingling. Individual experience can vary. Patch test before first use and stop using it if irritation develops.
Will it feel sticky or stain my clothes?
The intended finish is quick-drying, light and low-tack rather than greasy. Allow it to absorb before clothing touches the area, avoid over-application and do not treat “no stains” as an absolute guarantee.
How often can I reapply the roll-on?
Reapply as needed while following the latest instructions on the pack. If discomfort is persistent, severe, unexplained or repeatedly requires frequent use, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
Can I use it before or after activity?
It can fit into a pre- or post-activity body-care routine on clean, dry, intact skin. Do not use it to mask an injury or as a substitute for appropriate medical care.
What about pregnancy, breastfeeding or use by children?
Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should seek medical advice before use. Keep the product out of children’s reach. For anyone under 18, follow the current pack guidance and consult a qualified professional.
When should I avoid using the product?
For external use only. Patch test first. Avoid eyes, lips, mucous membranes, open wounds, irritated, damaged or freshly shaved skin. Do not ingest, and stop use if irritation occurs.
