Own the customer lifecycle from first purchase to repeat and reactivation. Build CRM journeys across WhatsApp, email and SMS, segment on RFM and behaviour, and run cross-sell, win-back and replenishment campaigns.
Measured on repeat purchase rate, LTV, churn and revenue from existing customers. D2C CRM or lifecycle marketing experience strongly preferred.
Marketing
Identify and partner with creators, plan and run influencer campaigns, negotiate deliverables and budgets, coordinate product seeding and shipments, and review content for brand consistency.
Tracked on reach, engagement, conversions and ROI, and on building long-term creator relationships.
Operations
Every order we ship is a promise to a customer. Your job is to make sure that promise is kept: parcels reach customers on time, failed deliveries get solved fast, and customers are never left wondering where their order is.
