Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on www.bubbleme.in are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. Bubble Me is owned and operated by Derma Lush Private Limited (GSTIN: 06AAMCD2780K1ZB).

We work with trusted logistics and courier partners to deliver orders safely across serviceable locations in India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India only. If your location is not serviceable, you may be unable to complete delivery, or the order may take longer than usual.

  • Delivery to remote locations, including certain parts of North-East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and other low-serviceability areas, may take longer depending on courier availability.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping from this website.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 499.
  • A standard shipping charge of Rs. 99 applies to orders below Rs. 499.
  • Any shipping charge, COD handling charge, or other applicable charge will be shown clearly at checkout before payment or order confirmation.

3. Payment Options and COD

We accept prepaid payment options such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available only for eligible products, order values, and serviceable pin codes. If COD is available, any COD handling fee will be shown at checkout. If COD is not available for your location, you may complete the purchase using a secure prepaid option.

4. Subscription / Prepaid Plan Shipping

If you purchase a Bubble Me subscription, prepaid plan, prepaid bundle, or monthly delivery plan from www.bubbleme.in, the plan may involve a one-time upfront payment for the selected duration and one or more scheduled shipments.

  • Each scheduled shipment may be processed as a separate dispatch based on the selected plan, product availability, warehouse processing, and courier serviceability.
  • Tracking details may be shared separately for each shipment through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the order tracking page.
  • Shipment dates for later months are estimated and may vary due to weekends, public holidays, stock availability, courier capacity, or operational reasons.
  • Address changes for future shipments must be requested at least 3 business days before the next planned dispatch. We cannot guarantee address changes after a shipment is packed, billed, or dispatched.
  • COD is not available for prepaid subscription or prepaid plan orders unless it is expressly shown as available at checkout.
  • If we are unable to fulfil a future scheduled shipment due to stock unavailability, product discontinuation, serviceability limitations, or operational reasons, we may offer a replacement product, reschedule the shipment, or process a proportionate refund for the unfulfilled shipment value, as applicable.

5. Order Confirmation and Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after successful order confirmation. Processing may take longer during sale periods, Sundays, public holidays, high-order-volume periods, inventory checks, or operational disruptions outside our control.

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the order tracking page, depending on the contact information provided by you.

6. Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3-10 business days depending on location and courier serviceability. Indicative delivery timelines are:

Important: Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments. Courier delays may occur due to weather, operational disruptions, public holidays, remote area serviceability, incorrect customer details, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products or if certain products are shipped from different fulfilment locations, your order may be split into multiple shipments. Each shipment may have a separate tracking number and may arrive on different dates.

8. Failed Delivery, Incorrect Address, and Re-shipping

Please ensure that your name, phone number, shipping address, landmark, city, state, and PIN code are complete and accurate at checkout.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping such orders may require additional shipping charges.

9. Damaged, Leaking, Opened, or Tampered Package

If the package appears damaged, leaking, opened, seal-broken, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do the following:

  1. Take clear photos and videos of the package before opening it.
  2. Record a continuous unboxing video before opening the package.
  3. Contact us at info@bubbleme.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photos, and video evidence.

Claims for damaged, missing, wrong, leaking, or tampered products are handled under our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy, including the mandatory unboxing video requirement.

10. Delayed Delivery Policy

If your prepaid order is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date shown in your tracking update or order communication, you may contact our support team for escalation.

  • Our team will review the delay with the courier partner and usually respond within 2-3 business days.
  • For prepaid orders delayed beyond this threshold, you may request either a replacement shipment or a refund, subject to verification of the delay and courier status.
  • For COD orders delayed beyond this threshold, we may cancel the order at no charge. If you still wish to receive the product, we may help place a fresh order where serviceable.

11. Refunds for Approved Delayed Delivery Cases

If a refund is approved for delayed delivery, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Refunds are typically reflected within 5-10 business days after initiation, depending on the bank, payment gateway, and payment method.

12. Marketplace Orders

This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed directly on www.bubbleme.in. If you purchased Bubble Me products through Amazon, Blinkit, Nykaa, Flipkart, Purplle, or any other marketplace or third-party platform, the shipping policy and support process of that platform will apply.
