Welcome to Bubble Me. This website (www.bubbleme.in) is operated by Derma Lush LLP (“Bubble Me”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) along with our Policies.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and place orders.

2) Account & information accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete information for orders/account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3) Product information & usage

We try to keep product descriptions accurate. However:

  • Packaging/appearance may vary slightly due to batch updates and lighting.

  • Product information is for general personal care/wellness use and is not medical advice.

  • Always read the label and follow usage directions/cautions.

4) Pricing & payments

  • Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices/offers/availability may change without notice.

  • Payments are processed via secure third‑party gateways; we do not store full card details.

  • In case of pricing/technical errors, we may cancel orders and refund captured payments.

5) Orders & acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We may refuse/cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, address verification issues, or operational reasons.

  • If we cancel after payment is captured, we will refund as per applicable timelines.

6) Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are detailed in our Policies. Delivery estimates may vary due to courier/serviceability constraints.

7) No returns; replacements (verified cases only)

Because our products are personal care/consumable items, returns/exchanges are not accepted.

We provide replacements only in verified cases (damage/wrong item/missing item/leakage/defect) as described in our Replacement Policy.

8) Intellectual property

All Site content (logos, product names, text, images, designs) is owned by or licensed to Bubble Me. You may not copy or use it without written permission.

9) User content (reviews, submissions)

If you submit reviews/content, you grant Bubble Me the right to use it for marketing/communication purposes, unless prohibited by law.

10) Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt hacking/scraping, upload harmful code, or misrepresent identity.

11) Third‑party links

We may link to third‑party platforms/marketplaces. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

12) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

  • Site and products are provided on an “as is” / “as available” basis.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubble Me is not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bubble Me from claims/losses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Panchkula, Haryana shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
