Any Questions?

What does the Post-Garba Relief Combo include?
Minute Mend Magnesium Balm (10 g), Pain Relief Magnesium Roll-On (50 mL) and Spoil Yourself Magnesium Bath Salt (400 g).
Which product should I use after Garba?
Choose the roll-on for tired calves, legs or shoulders, Minute Mend for cooling head comfort, and Spoil Yourself for a warm foot soak once you’re home.
Can I use all three on the same evening?
You can fit them into different moments of your evening, following each product’s directions. After a foot soak, dry your skin fully before applying the roll-on.
Where should I apply the roll-on?
Apply to clean, dry, unbroken skin on targeted areas such as the calves, legs, neck, shoulders or lower back.
How do I use Minute Mend?
Spread a pea-sized amount in a thin layer over the outer temples, forehead or back of the neck. Keep away from eyes, lips and nostrils, and wash your hands afterwards.
How do I prepare the Spoil Yourself foot soak?
Add one handful to comfortably warm water in a bucket or foot tub. Let it dissolve, soak for 15–20 minutes, then dry your feet.
Do I need a bathtub?
No. A bucket or foot tub is enough for your post-Garba soak.
Is this combo only for Garba nights?
No. You can also use it after long days on your feet, travel, workouts or whenever you want a cooling pause and an at-home wind-down.
What should the cooling sensation feel like?
The balm and roll-on may feel noticeably cool and refreshing. Stop using them if you experience burning, persistent stinging or irritation.
Can I use the products on sensitive skin?
Patch test the topical products before first use. Avoid broken or irritated skin and follow the precautions on each pack.
